Suction Stabiliser
Pump suction inlet device reducing cavitation and gas entrainment to protect system performance.
Protects pumps from cavitation and gas entrainment, extending service life and improving reliability.
Requires minimal maintenance, with no moving parts and only periodic air charge checks.
Simplifies installation with pre-labelled nozzles and multiple end connection options.
The Suction Stabiliser from IMI is engineered to reduce cavitation, gas entrainment, and pressure fluctuations at the pump suction inlet. Installed directly at the pump inlet, it ensures stable flow, improves pump performance, and protects against costly damage. With no moving parts and minimal maintenance requirements, it offers long-term reliability and low life-cycle costs. Constructed from carbon or stainless steel, the stabiliser is suitable for a wide temperature range and is easy to install thanks to pre-labelled nozzles and multiple connection options. It is ideal for power plants and other facilities operating under sub-optimal suction conditions.
