AB370F High-pressure Blowdown Control Valve
Engineered for high-pressure blowdown applications, preventing flashing-induced seat and body erosion.
Prevents seat erosion by shifting flashing points away from critical surfaces.
Protects valve body from damage caused by two-phase water and steam flow.
Durable angle body design ensures long service life in high-pressure conditions.
The IMI CCI AB370F is a blowdown control valve designed to mitigate flashing damage caused by high pressure differentials. Its tapered seat ring ensures that pressure reduction occurs gradually, moving flashing points away from the seat surface to prevent erosion. The seat ring also shields the valve body from the damaging effects of water-steam mixtures, reducing wear and extending service life. Built with carbon and alloy steel in an angle body design, the AB370F ensures high durability and precise control. Suitable for ANSI Class 900–2500, it meets FCI/70-2 Class IV or V leakage standards for reliable operation.
