HBSE - High Pressure Turbine Bypass Control Valve
Ensure rapid, efficient steam control in turbine bypass systems – ideal for ultra-supercritical power plants requiring precise throttling and desuperheating.
Compact, robust design with spring-loaded nozzles or internal ring-type desuperheating device.
Fully removable, quick-change trim enables easy maintenance and reduced downtime.
Engineered for reliable performance during frequent start-ups in demanding conditions.
The HBSE High Pressure Turbine Bypass Valve is engineered for high-pressure steam systems, directing steam to high-pressure sections such as reheat lines. It plays a critical role in turbine operations, particularly during start-up, shutdown, or load change conditions. In turbine bypass systems, HBSE and NBSE valves can be used alongside steam control valves. This combination enables precise steam control and additional desuperheating via direct spray water injection at the valve outlet—effectively addressing scenarios such as start-up, shutdown, or load fluctuations to ensure the turbine operates safely, stably, and efficiently under these demanding conditions.
