The IMI VIVO 5MW PEM Electrolyser delivers up to 1000 Nm³/h of high-purity hydrogen for industrial, mobility, and energy applications. Operating at 99.999% purity (with purifier) and supporting a full 10–100% dynamic range, it ramps up in less than five minutes. The system is housed in a containerised 8 x 40 ft skid and 12 x 45 ft unit, streamlining installation and scalability. With a maximum power consumption of 57 kWh/kg, the 5MW unit ensures energy-efficient performance. Integrated remote monitoring, modular storage compatibility, and flexible deployment make it a complete solution for low-carbon hydrogen generation.
Access live data on hydrogen output, pressure, temperature, and energy consumption. The dashboard enables remote diagnostics, alerts, and optimisation through a secure Modbus TCP/IP connection.
Modular storage systems support up to 40 bar(g) and can be scaled to match output or delivery needs. Containerised storage integrates easily for on-site use, fuelling, or distribution applications.
