Features
The CS Quick Exhaust valve is engineered for rapid venting of actuator chambers in critical on/off applications. Designed for both single and double-acting actuators, it ensures swift operation even when piloted by a small CV device. Its compact design allows flange mounting on actuator caps, making it highly adaptable to standard, offshore, and extreme environments, including sandstorm and copper-free conditions. Constructed with anodised aluminium or stainless steel 316, the CS valve operates efficiently across a wide temperature range. With a maximum exhaust CV of 60, it enhances actuator response time, ensuring optimal system performance in process automation.
