The MC Motion Converter enables precise installation of rotary positioners on linear actuators by converting linear valve stem movement into rotary motion. Designed with a lever mechanism, it minimises linearity error and removes the imprecision of traditional lever/pin systems. The compact housing supports a coupling kit that prevents radial forces on mounted accessories such as positioners, transmitters, and limit switches. Constructed from anodised aluminium or stainless steel, it withstands harsh environments, including offshore and sandstorm conditions. With a 90° output angle, a backlash recovery system, and maintenance-free operation, the MC Motion Converter ensures reliable performance across industrial applications.
