The PV Modulating Control Device enables accurate positioning of hydraulic actuators in control valve applications. Used with the Proportional Valve Controller (PVR/SmarTrak), it converts electrical signals into hydraulic fluid flow. It features a proportional valve for actuator operation and a 3/2-way blocking valve with two releasable check valves to maintain position during power failure. Two minimess connections allow pressure checks and safe pressure release. The PV is designed for mounting on an actuator or an open-rack Multi-Station Manifold (MSM). Available in four sizes, it supports mineral oil and fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, ensuring stability in demanding environments.
