SBE - Trip Mode Device
Fail-safe trip mode device ensuring fast, safe valve stroking without external energy.
Ensures fail-safe valve operation without external energy, enabling fast and reliable stroking.
Provides flexible installation with direct actuator mounting or integration into Multi-Station Manifolds.
Certified for safety-critical applications, supporting redundancy and compliance with EN4126-5 / TRD 421.
The SBE Trip Mode Device enables fail-safe valve operation by ensuring quick, reliable stroking without external energy. Designed for actuators where force is applied in the same direction across the stroke, it is commonly used with IMI CCI ARS, DRE, and MSV valves. The compact unit can be mounted directly on hydraulic actuators or integrated into a Multi-Station Manifold (MSM) for redundancy. Available in “energise to activate” or “de-energise to activate” configurations, the SBE ensures high reliability in critical applications. Certified to EN4126-5 / TRD 421, it supports mineral oil and fire-resistant hydraulic fluids in demanding environments.
