IMI STI
UD - Derivative Unit
Amplifies exhaust flow for precise modulation, enhancing actuator stability and control efficiency.
High exhaust CV and collectable exhaust ND 3/4” NPT improve efficiency and adaptability.
Adjustable activation system and regulation system ensure precise modulation between 0 and 3.8 CV.
Secure design prevents leakage, reduces inventory costs, and enhances actuator performance.
Features
The UD Derivative Unit is designed to amplify exhaust flow, ensuring precise modulation for both on/off and control systems. It enables accurate calibration to maximise speed while maintaining actuator stability. The unique manifold mounting system eliminates the need for fittings, reducing costs and assembly time. Available in stainless steel and anodised aluminium, it operates efficiently across various ambient conditions. With adjustable activation and high sensitivity, the UD unit enhances precision in modulating systems. Its zero-leakage design ensures reliability, while the regulation screw is secured against internal pressure ejection, providing a robust and efficient solution for process automation applications.
