Delayed Coking Top Unheading Valve
Automated top unheading valve for safe and efficient delayed coking operations.
Double block and purge design enhances safety.
Low steam consumption reduces operational costs.
Reliable sealing prevents hydrocarbon gas leakage.
The IMI Z&J Delayed Coking Top Unheading Valve ensures safe, fully automated coke drum unheading in refinery operations. Using a double-disc through-conduit gate valve, it provides tight sealing, low steam consumption, and minimal fugitive emissions. The two-disc design prevents hydrocarbon gas leakage, while active mechanical seating ensures high tightness. Built for high pressure and frequent cycling, it features corrosion-resistant seats and a guided carrier to prevent coke fines buildup. Available in electric and hydraulic actuation, with backup manual operation, it reduces maintenance costs and enhances plant safety.
