The IMI Z&J Transfer Line and Decoking Valve is engineered for ethylene production and fluidised catalytic cracking (FCC) units. Featuring double-disc through conduit gate valve technology, it provides true double block and purge within a single valve body. Its active mechanical sealing force ensures leak-tight performance, while hardsurfaced seats resist corrosion and wear. A smooth tubular passage prevents solid particle buildup, ensuring uninterrupted operation. Designed for high-temperature and severe service conditions, this valve supports custom mounting, various actuators, and flanged or welded connections, delivering exceptional reliability and safety in hydrocarbon processing.
