Marine Diesel Exhaust Valve
Compact, zero-leakage exhaust valve with cooling and silent actuation for submarine applications.
Prevents engine flooding with reliable zero-leakage sealing in shutdown conditions.
Reduces exhaust gas temperature and fouling with integrated cooling and seal protection.
Fits tight naval layouts with compact design and low-noise, fast actuation.
The IMI Remosa Diesel Exhaust Valve is designed for safe, silent operation in submarine exhaust systems. Its zero-leakage sealing prevents seawater ingress, protecting the engine from flooding during shutdown or standby. An integrated cooling system reduces exhaust gas temperature, while a seal protection mechanism prevents fouling buildup and extends operational life. The valve is engineered for compact spaces with a customisable layout and features a fast, low-noise actuation design to meet naval acoustic requirements. Suitable for harsh marine environments, it operates up to 500°C and 40 bar, and is available in corrosion-resistant stainless and nickel alloys.
