Features
The IMI Remosa TRIPEX Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve is designed for flue gas isolation in FCC units, turbo expanders, and CO boilers. Its precision triple-offset design ensures tight shutoff (Class V leakage) while its lightweight structure allows for easy retrofitting. Built for high-temperature and erosive conditions, it features a hard-faced seat, nickel alloy shaft, and finite element analysis (FEA) reinforced body for long-term durability. Available in sizes over 150” and with fast shut-off capabilities (<0.15 seconds with IMI actuation), the TRIPEX Series ensures reliable isolation, safety, and process efficiency.
