The IMI CSQ Integral Quick Exhaust Valve is a pneumatic accessory designed to increase actuator speed by exhausting air directly to atmosphere rather than through a positioner or solenoid valve. Installed close to the actuator, it supports rapid opening and closing while maintaining stable and repeatable operation.
The CSQ is pilot operated and suitable for use with solenoid valves or positioners in demanding industrial applications. It is available in multiple sizes to match actuator requirements and can be supplied in aluminium or stainless steel 316 construction. Options include standard or low‑flow bypass and free or collected exhaust configurations. The CSQ operates with air as the supply medium and is certified to ATEX, IECEx and UKEX standards for use in hazardous environments.
