DigitalTrak 2 Compact Digital Valve Positioner

The IMI STI DigitalTrak 2 is an intelligent electro pneumatic valve positioner designed to improve control accuracy, reliability and ease of use in industrial process applications. Using microprocessor‑based control, it continuously compares the input signal with the actual valve position and precisely regulates air supply to the actuator. This enables fast, stable positioning even where friction or unbalanced forces would typically reduce performance.

DigitalTrak 2 supports simple commissioning through an integrated autotuning function and local display, allowing calibration and setup to be completed quickly and consistently. Built‑in diagnostics provide clear insight into positioner and valve behaviour, helping operators maintain optimal performance and reduce unplanned downtime.

Designed for heavy duty service, DigitalTrak 2 operates reliably across a wide temperature range and integrates key safety features such as fail in place on loss of signal. An integrated position transmitter further simplifies system design, making DigitalTrak 2 a practical replacement for conventional positioners in modern control systems.
