100DR-3750 - Multi-Stage DRAG® Control Valve for Pump Recirculation Applications in Supercritical and Ultra-Supercritical Plants
High-performance control valve with DRAG® trim, engineered to manage high-pressure drops in boiler pump recirculation for supercritical and ultra-supercritical power plants.
Mitigates the risk of flashing and cavitation damage caused by high-pressure drops.
MSS-SP61 shutoff prevents leakage at high-pressure differentials.
Can operate in on/off or modulating mode.
The 100DR-3750 is a severe service, multi-stage control valve designed specifically for boiler feed pump recirculation in supercritical and ultra-supercritical power plants. In these advanced power plants, recirculation valves may experience operating pressure differentials exceeding 350 bar (5000 psi) and design pressure requirements up to 480 barG (7000 psiG).
The 100DR-3750 is engineered to provide precise, reliable control while in service and ensures tight shutoff when closed. The valve internals (trim, plug assembly, and seals) are designed to withstand extreme pressure differentials.
