100DR - Multi-stage DRAG® Pump Recirculation Control Valve
High-performance control valve with DRAG® trim, engineered specifically to address high-pressure drops in boiler pump recirculation applications.
Mitigates the potential for flashing and cavitation damage caused by high-pressure drops.
MSS-SP61 shutoff prevents leakage at high-pressure differentials.
Can operate in on/off or modulating mode.
The 100DR is a severe service, multi-stage control valve designed to provide the minimum flow to the suction source necessary for protecting the boiler feed pump. Recirculation valves may experience operating pressure differentials exceeding 280 bar (4000 psi).
The 100DR is engineered to deliver precise, reliable control during operation and tight shutoff when closed. The valve internals (trim, plug assembly, seals) are designed to withstand extreme pressure differentials.
