The IMI CCI 860HPC choke valve is designed for critical severe service applications, delivering precise velocity control and wear resistance in high-pressure differentials up to 200 bar. Featuring a tungsten carbide inner cage and plug, it minimises erosion, ensuring long-term durability in multi-phase flow environments. The optimised flow path reduces noise, while interchangeable trim options – drilled hole for start-up conditions and slotted cage for end-of-life – provide flexibility for varying operations. Available in ANSI Class 1500 & 2500 / API 5000 ratings, the 860HPC offers reliable, efficient performance in demanding oil & gas applications.
