The HBSE-VLB and NBSE-VLB steam conditioning valves from IMI deliver efficient performance for turbine bypass applications in boiler systems. The HBSE handles high-pressure bypass, while the NBSE is designed for low-pressure bypass. These angle-style valves feature multi-stage pressure reduction, spray water atomising nozzles, and high temperature coatings for reliable operation under extreme conditions. With optional extenders for improved steam velocity and rangeability, they ensure optimal steam temperature control and noise reduction. Built to ANSI-4500 standards with various actuator options, these valves support seamless start-up, shutdown, and abnormal condition management in modern power plants.
