Features
The LTB is a steam conditioning valve used to simultaneously reduce steam pressure and temperature to meet downstream requirements in turbine bypass systems or process control. Available in both angle and globe design, it features a perforated cage for staged pressure reduction, a balanced trim to minimise actuation force, and spring-loaded nozzles for effective steam atomisation. A quick-change seat allows for simple maintenance, while the extended outlet ensures optimised steam flow. Built for high temperatures and low noise operation, the LTB meets strict leakage standards and supports various actuator options, providing reliability and efficiency in demanding environments such as power generation, combined cycle plants, and industrial steam systems.
