The AB5600 Variable Orifice Desuperheater from IMI provides accurate steam temperature control for industrial applications. With a variable orifice design and a wide 40:1 turndown ratio, it adjusts seamlessly to varying flow rates, ensuring precise performance. The AB5600 maintains a temperature control accuracy of ±3°C and allows a 380°C temperature difference, making it suitable for demanding conditions. Unlike conventional designs, it does not require atomising steam, and its self-recirculating drain system reduces maintenance. Designed for 2" to 30" steam piping, the AB5600 is an efficient, reliable solution for optimal steam cooling in power plants and process industries.
