The DAM-H High-Temperature Multi-Nozzle Desuperheater from IMI delivers precise steam temperature control in severe applications. Designed for both inter-stage and final-stage attemperation, the DAM-H ensures efficient water injection into superheated steam, protecting downstream equipment and improving thermal performance. Its unique floating liner minimises thermal stress and enhances resistance to cycling, while spring-loaded nozzles guarantee fine water atomisation for even steam distribution. With compatibility for steam pipe sizes DN200–DN700, and compliance with ASME and PED standards, the DAM-H provides reliable performance for boilers and Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) operating under high pressure and temperature.
