Features
The IMI Remosa Active Purge Panel provides fully automated, real-time control of fluidised catalytic cracking (FCC) valve purging. It continuously monitors flow rate, pressure, and temperature under all process conditions, adjusting automatically for start-up, shutdown, and transients. Integrated local and remote alarms detect flow issues or saturated steam conditions, enabling preventative maintenance and reducing downtime. Designed for air, nitrogen, or superheated steam purging, the Active Purge Panel enhances valve longevity by preventing internal erosion and incorrect purging issues. It can be operated via a hydraulic power unit PLC or an autonomous PLC.
