Features
The BR Booster Relay from IMI is a compact, high-capacity volume booster designed for speed control in pneumatic actuation systems. It provides a fast, stable response by amplifying the signal from a valve positioner to the actuator. An integral stabilising bypass valve allows fine-tuning of control loop stability, and the regulation screw is both accurate and non-ejectable under pressure. With a robust stainless steel body and metal piston design, the BR is suitable for a wide range of conditions including offshore, sandstorm, and low-temperature environments. It is ideal for use with IMI’s FTC smart positioners in single or double-acting actuator systems.
