The IMI Remosa Withdrawal Valve is designed for fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) units, ensuring precise catalyst withdrawal and transfer under high-temperature and erosive conditions. Available in control and on/off configurations, it features replaceable internals, Stellite™ #6 hardfacing, and a hot-wall body design for enhanced durability and erosion resistance. The control version includes a replaceable orifice plate and guides, while the on/off version ensures tight shut-off performance. With actuation options including manual, pneumatic, and hydraulic, and compliance with ASME and PED standards, the IMI Remosa Withdrawal Valve guarantees long-term reliability and process efficiency.
