The IMI Remosa Double Clapet Isolation Valve provides tight shut-off in fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) power recovery units, ensuring safe maintenance of turbo expanders without process interruption. Engineered for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, it features floating discs that compensate for thermal expansion, stellite hardfaced sealing surfaces for erosion resistance, and nitrogen valve body pressurisation for enhanced sealing. Available in hot-wall (refractory lined) or cold-wall (bare metal) designs, it handles temperatures up to 950°C (1740°F). Certified to ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V, the Double Clapet Isolation Valve ensures maximum reliability and operator safety.
