The IMI Thompson Valves E71B Series is a bellows-sealed high-pressure needle valve engineered for nuclear power, aerospace, and hazardous fluid applications. Operating at up to 414 bar (6003 psi) and 350°C (662°F), it ensures positive shut-off with a non-rotating valve disc. A graphite secondary packing provides leak-tight sealing, and an outside screw and yoke assembly isolates actuating threads from excessive heat. Available in threaded, butt weld, socket weld, and stub pipe connections, the E71B Series meets ASME B&PV Section III standards and is ideal for instrumentation and process applications in nuclear power generation.
