The Parallel Plate Sliding (PPS) Gate Valve is designed for main steam and feedwater isolation in BWR and PWR reactors. Using system medium for actuation, it eliminates the need for auxiliary systems. The valve features a block design with direct-mounted pilot valves, ensuring stable performance under steam, water, and transition conditions. Built from forged or cast carbon and stainless steel, it meets QME-1 and IEEE qualification standards.
