The SV Type MSSV Globe Valve provides reliable pressure relief for main steam systems in BWR and PWR nuclear plants. Actuated by system pressure, it operates using solenoid or spring-loaded pilot valves and supports steam, water, air, hydrogen, and two-phase flows. Featuring a unique spindle-cover design, it ensures stable performance during phase transitions. With controlled opening and closing speeds, it reduces dynamic pipe loads while achieving set point accuracy of ±1%. Built from forged/cast carbon and stainless steel, the SV Type MSSV offers remote-controlled relief without requiring a pressure sensing line, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
