Singapore office has once again been recognised as a Great Place to Work® building on its first certification in 2025 and reinforcing its commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

The latest recognition marks another important milestone for the Singapore team, reflecting its continued focus on building a positive workplace culture rooted in trust, collaboration and shared values.
IMI in Singapore first achieved Great Place to Work® certification in May 2025, securing an impressive 86% Trust Index™ score and a 100% employee response rate in its first application.

This year, IMI in Singapore achieved an exceptional 95% Trust Index™ score, with 98% of employees saying that management operates with honesty and integrity. These results are a powerful reflection of the culture our people have helped create, one built on trust, credible leadership and shared values. It is an environment where employees feel confident, valued and inspired to give their best.
What is the Great Place to Work® certification?
Great Place to Work® certification recognises organisations that demonstrate a strong workplace culture based on employee feedback.
The Great Place to Work® model evaluates five key dimensions of workplace culture:
Credibility: Management communication, competence and integrity.
Respect: Support, collaboration and care from leadership.
Fairness: Equity, impartiality and justice in decision-making.
Pride: How employees feel about their work and the organisation.
Camaraderie: A sense of community, trust and enjoyment among colleagues.
In the 2025 assessment, IMI Singapore recorded strong scores ranging from 82% to 88% across the key dimensions, with standout results in Justice, part of the Fairness category, and Intimacy, within Camaraderie.
The certification is determined by the Trust Index™ survey, an internationally recognised measure of employees’ experiences of trust, leadership, fairness, pride and camaraderie. With organisations required to achieve a minimum score of 65% to qualify, IMI Singapore’s results demonstrate the strength of its workplace culture.
They reflect an environment where people feel respected, supported and treated fairly, while enjoying a strong sense of belonging and connection with their colleagues.

A culture shaped by everyday actions
For IMI, creating a great workplace goes beyond policies and programmes. It is about the behaviours, relationships and shared values that shape employees' everyday experiences.
Jackie Hu, Chief Operating Officer of IMI plc, reflected on the significance of the recognition and the importance of translating IMI's values into action:
"This recognition prompted me to reflect on what builds a strong workplace culture. For me, culture is shaped by what people do every day: how they support colleagues, listen to different perspectives, challenge existing ways of working and take responsibility for results.
During my time with the team in Singapore, I saw the importance of these behaviours in practice.
Our values — Always care, Be curious, Create impact — provide a clear framework. The priority is to translate them into everyday actions that help people develop, work effectively together and deliver for our customers.
Congratulations to the team in Singapore on this achievement, and thank you for your contributions to IMI."
Jackie's reflections reinforce the importance of building a culture in which employees feel supported, encouraged to challenge conventional thinking and empowered to make a meaningful difference.
