The RTC pneumatic actuator series ensures reliable operation of quarter-turn valves, including ball, butterfly, and plug valves, for heavy-duty on-off and modulating applications. Featuring a waterproof Scotch yoke mechanism, it converts linear movement into rotary motion for precise valve control. Its weatherproof carbon steel housing protects moving parts in harsh environments, while electroless nickel-plated cylinders minimise friction and resist corrosion. Available in canted or symmetrical configurations, it includes chromium-plated guide bars and PTFE-filled steel bronze bushings for durability. Certified lifting lugs ensure safe handling, and the safety design allows secure cylinder seal replacement. ISO 5211 flange compatibility included.
