The IMI Remosa Plug Valve is designed for fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) and residue FCC (RFCC) units, providing precise catalyst circulation control in high-temperature and erosive environments. Built from forged and plate materials—with no cast parts—it ensures exceptional structural integrity and long service life. A hardfaced stem tube and abrasion-resistant lining protect against wear, while the monolithic stainless steel cone and seat enhance sealing performance.
