The DA4S Steam Desuperheater from IMI combines an injection nozzle and control valve into one compact unit for efficient steam cooling. With variable geometry nozzles and a high rangeability of 40:1, it delivers precise temperature control and exceptional performance in demanding industrial applications. The durable design features a hard-faced control plug and injection nozzle, ensuring wear resistance and tight shut-off. Suitable for steam pipes as small as DN 150 mm, the DA4S is easy to install in vertical, horizontal, or sloping configurations. It meets ANSI and DIN standards, making it an ideal solution for steam conditioning in power plants and industrial systems.
