The IMI VIVO 1MW PEM Electrolyser is a compact, high-performance hydrogen production system designed for integration with renewable energy sources. Housed in a containerised 8 x 40 ft skid, it delivers up to 200 Nm³/h of hydrogen at 99.999% purity (with purifier) and operates across a dynamic range of 10–100%. With rapid ramp-up in under five minutes, it supports flexible grid and industrial applications. Remote monitoring via a customisable cloud-based dashboard allows real-time performance tracking across pressure, flow, efficiency, and power consumption. Built for low-noise operation, the system offers a scalable, modular approach to sustainable hydrogen generation.

Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard

The IMI VIVO dashboard provides real-time data on hydrogen production, efficiency, pressure, and power use. Accessible remotely via Modbus TCP/IP, it supports performance tracking, alerts, and diagnostics to optimise operation and simplify system management.

Hydrogen Storage Integration

The system integrates with modular hydrogen storage for on-site use or distribution. Options include containerised tanks and booster packages, supporting pressures up to 40 bar(g) and beyond. Designed for safety, scalability, and seamless operation with the electrolyser.
