The QT QuickTrak is a high-performance digital valve controller combining a microprocessor-based control system with an integrated valve positioner. Designed for demanding industrial applications, it offers precise positioning, fast response, and high flow capacity. The system supports HART™ communication, remote mounting, and local calibration via a push-button display. An integrated SD card stores time-stamped valve data for diagnostics and analysis. The QT eliminates the need for volume boosters, reducing system complexity and maintenance. Built with SIL-certified components and ATEX, IECEx, and UL approvals, it is suitable for hazardous environments in oil and gas, power, and process industries.
