Features
The IMI PBM IGENIX® CS Forged Series 8 Clean Steam Ball Valve is designed for hygienic and high-purity applications in pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. Made from forged 316L stainless steel, it features a True-Bore® design, eliminating flow restriction and ensuring complete drainage. Bubble-tight upstream and downstream sealing prevents contamination, while FDA and USP Class VI-compliant elastomers enhance safety. Designed to meet ASME BPE standards, it includes a 20 Ra internal finish (SF1) and operates at temperatures up to 450°F. Available in sizes ½” to 4”, it ensures long-term reliability for clean steam and process applications.
