The IMI PBM SI Forged Series 8 Ball Valve is engineered for hygienic and critical process industries, ensuring high purity, cleanability, and durability. Made from low-ferrite forged 316L stainless steel (A182 F316L/1.4404), it features a three-piece swing-out body design for easy maintenance. Bubble-tight upstream and downstream sealing ensures leak-free performance, while FDA and USP Class VI elastomers maintain compliance with stringent hygiene regulations. True-Bore® technology eliminates flow restrictions, and a 20 Ra ID internal finish (SF1) enhances cleanliness. Available in ½” to 4” sizes, with various connection types, it meets ASME BPE standards for reliable performance.
