The IMI Z&J Fluidised Catalytic Cracking (FCC) Fractionator Isolation Valve provides fully automatic isolation of fractionators in FCC units. Designed with a proven double-disc, double-isolation system, it ensures zero leakage and operator safety by preventing exposure to process temperatures and pressure. The reinforced valve body withstands high line loads, while erosion-resistant seats maintain long-term durability. Available in sizes from 6” to 100”, it offers multiple mounting orientations and purge media options.
