The IMI Z&J Wedge-within-Wedge Gate Valve is designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, and extreme operating conditions. Its double-disc design ensures independent sealing surfaces, supporting double block and purge or double block and bleed applications. Metal-to-metal seating enhances durability and wear resistance, while the rising stem (O&Y type) allows easy inspection and maintenance. Available in sizes up to 120 inches, it complies with German, ANSI, and industry standards. Actuation options include electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic operation, making it ideal for dehydrogenation, olefin conversion, cyclic powerformer units, and reactor isolation applications.
