### Our commitment The IMI facility in Sardinia serves as the technology centre for the IMI Remosa and IMI VIVO product brands. The IMI Code of Conduct forms an essential part of this model. ### Quality policy The goal of the Sardinia facility’s Quality Policy is to provide products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations, offering value relative to market alternatives. By adopting a quality-first philosophy, the site maintains an internal customer–supplier chain, where every department supports the next in the logistics and production process. Programmes are in place to cut waste, improve recycling, and promote energy efficiency across the facility. ### Health and safety Health and safety are fundamental priorities at the Sardinia facility. The team complies with all relevant legislation, safety standards and corporate policies. Dedicated programmes are in place to regularly review risk assessments and maintain a safe, healthy workplace. Reports can be submitted anonymously and are treated with the same care and seriousness as those submitted openly. An independent provider (Navex Inc.) manages the hotline. All reports are reviewed by IMI’s Ethics & Compliance Committee, which operates independently and has full authority to investigate, conduct interviews, and access relevant documentation. If a report involves a committee member, the system ensures it is not visible to that individual. Whenever possible, internal channels should be used to report suspected wrongdoing, provided there’s confidence the issue will be addressed effectively and without retaliation. False reports or using the hotline for personal grievances is a violation of IMI’s integrity values and may result in disciplinary action.
