An anonymous reporting channel, accessible via the IMI Hotline platform, allows written, oral, or face-to-face submissions. The site’s Whistleblowing Committee, acting autonomously, investigates all reports with confidentiality and without requiring prior authorisation. If a committee member is implicated, they are excluded from the report process.
