We maintain a dedicated whistleblowing process both in Italy and abroad, encouraging the prompt reporting of suspected wrongdoing. This system supports and protects whistleblowers while ensuring reports are handled properly and promptly. An anonymous reporting channel, accessible via the IMI Hotline platform, allows written, oral, or face-to-face submissions. The site’s Whistleblowing Committee, acting autonomously, investigates all reports with confidentiality and without requiring prior authorisation. If a committee member is implicated, they are excluded from the report process.
