We are proud to announce that IMI has been shortlisted for the Energy Industries Council (EIC) National Awards 2025, marking the second year in a row that our business has been recognised at this prestigious event.
The EIC is the world’s largest energy-agnostic trade association, established in 1943 and now representing more than 800 companies across the global energy supply chain.
Its annual World Energy Supply Chain Awards (WESCAs) are recognised as the highest accolade in the industry, celebrating companies that demonstrate innovation, resilience, and excellence. In 2024 alone, 134 companies were named as finalists and 47 went on to win across 16 categories, highlighting the scale and prestige of the awards.

This year, IMI has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Culture and Diversification Award category. Our submission showcased the development and commercialisation of the IMI VIVO electrolyser range, a breakthrough that underscores our commitment to advancing clean energy solutions. The entry was reviewed by an independent judging panel against a series of criteria and was recognised as a standout – a fantastic testament to the creativity, innovation, and dedication of our teams.
You can view our full entry here: IMI Entry – EIC National Awards 2025 and learn more about the awards programme at the EIC Awards website.
The winners will be announced at the National Awards Dinner on Thursday, 9 October 2025, at the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel in London.
We’re proud to be recognised once again by the EIC and look forward to celebrating the achievements of the wider energy community later this year.
