The 100D-ASV is a high-performance, severe service, multi-stage control valve, custom-sized for each anti-surge application to minimise recycle time. This allows the compressor to operate closer to the surge curve, maximising efficiency and extending the compressor’s operational map.
The sizing criteria used for the 100D-ASV depend on the compressor manufacturer’s sizing criteria, the process control characteristics, the compressor manufacturer, and the plant designer’s specifications.
