The IMI VIVO 2MW PEM Electrolyser is a modular, containerised solution for green hydrogen production. It delivers up to 400 Nm³/h of hydrogen at 99.999% purity (with purifier) and operates flexibly across a 10–100% dynamic range. Designed for integration with renewable energy, it offers a ramp-up time of under five minutes and a maximum power consumption of 57 kWh/kg. The system fits into a compact 8 x 40 ft skid with additional 12 x 45 ft unit, simplifying transport and installation. Combined with remote monitoring and scalable storage options, it’s ideal for industrial, mobility, and energy applications.

Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard

The system includes a cloud-connected dashboard for real-time monitoring of flow, pressure, temperature, and efficiency. Accessible via Wi-Fi or mobile data, it helps optimise performance and supports remote diagnostics and data logging.

Hydrogen Storage Integration

The 2MW electrolyser supports modular storage units with pressures up to 40 bar(g) and beyond. Storage systems are containerised, scalable, and designed for seamless integration into fuelling, mobility, or industrial supply chains.
