The IMI VIVO 3MW PEM Electrolyser is a high-output hydrogen generation system delivering up to 600 Nm³/h of hydrogen at 99.999% purity (with purifier). Designed for flexible operation from 10–100%, it ramps up in under five minutes and maintains high efficiency with a power consumption of 57 kWh/kg. The compact containerised format (8 x 40 ft skid + 12 x 45 ft unit) ensures easy deployment and integration with renewable energy sources. Built-in remote monitoring and compatibility with scalable storage systems make it ideal for mobility, power-to-gas, industrial processes, and hydrogen refuelling applications.

Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard

Operators can monitor hydrogen production, energy use, and system performance in real time. The dashboard supports remote access, data logging, and diagnostics to keep systems optimised and running smoothly.

Hydrogen Storage Integration

Modular storage options integrate directly with the electrolyser. Systems can be configured for up to 40 bar(g) and beyond, offering safe, flexible storage for on-site use, mobility refuelling, or distribution.
