The IMI VIVO 4MW PEM Electrolyser delivers large-scale green hydrogen production in a compact, modular containerised system. Producing up to 800 Nm³/h of hydrogen at 99.999% purity (with purifier), it supports a full dynamic range of 10–100% and ramps up in less than five minutes. With maximum power consumption of 57 kWh/kg, it ensures energy-efficient operation. The unit is housed in an 8 x 40 ft skid with an additional 12 x 45 ft container, simplifying deployment. Remote diagnostics, real-time data access, and seamless integration with modular storage systems make it ideal for industrial, mobility, and energy projects.

Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard

The system features a secure cloud-based dashboard for live monitoring of pressure, flow, temperature, and energy use. It enables real-time diagnostics, performance alerts, and remote optimisation via Modbus TCP/IP.

Hydrogen Storage Integration

Compatible modular storage systems allow on-site or mobile hydrogen use. Storage is containerised, supports up to 40 bar(g), and can be expanded as needed to meet future demand or distribution requirements.
