Our specialisms

High-performance butterfly valves for process isolation

Built for harsh operating conditions, these butterfly valve technologies are configured to specific application requirements and can be tested up to 120”, ASME class 2500 and extreme temperatures from -196°C to 700°C.

Triple eccentric valves

Friction-free operation supports zero-leakage shut-off and extended valve life, even in high-pressure and high-temperature duties.

Cryogenic butterfly valve

Low-temperature sealing supports safe, reliable shut-off in LNG, hydrogen, oxygen and industrial gas applications.

Double eccentric valves

Soft-seated butterfly valves support low-torque operation, bi-directional sealing and reliable isolation in water, process and utility applications.

Rubber-lined butterfly valves

Robust lined construction helps resist corrosion and wear in water, seawater, desalination and aggressive media.

IMI Orton products

Designed for demanding environments

The IMI Orton range includes triple offset, double eccentric, and concentric rubber lined valves designed for reliable on off and control service in harsh process conditions.

Triple eccentric design

Precision for extreme applications

IMI Orton triple eccentric, also known as triple offset, metal seated butterfly valve technology supports reliable shut-off in demanding energy, LNG, petrochemical and process applications. Offset disc movement helps reduce friction between the disc seal ring and seat, supporting tight shut-off, lower wear and longer service life where pressure, temperature and sealing performance are critical.

Frictionless operation

Reduced contact between the disc and seat helps limit wear in high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Zero leakage performance

Metal seated sealing supports tight shut-off where safe, efficient process isolation is critical.

Long term performance

Durable sealing and reduced wear help extend service life in demanding industrial duties.

Tested for extreme conditions

In-house testing is available for valves up to 120”, ASME class 2500 and temperatures from -196°C to 700°C.
