Additionally, our site has adopted an Organisational, Management, and Control Model in line with Italian Decree 231/2001. This further enhances our Code of Conduct and prevents any potential breaches of regulations.

The site’s Whistleblowing Committee, acting autonomously, investigates all reports with confidentiality and without requiring prior authorisation. If a committee member is implicated, they are excluded from the report process.
